The St Regis carat caviar is a must sample, as is the foie gras and duck rillette with French bread and beetroot pickles. Be a traditionalist and opt for the sop buntut – an Indonesian spiced tender oxtail meat soup with celery leaves and fried shallots. Pack your gourmet hamper and head to the private white sand beaches of the St Regis for a decadent picnic in the tropics. Sample the locally produced Kopi Luwak – an exclusive and highly sought after blend of the world’s finest beans.
