Mozaic Beachclub

Everyone in Bali seems to be looking for that perfect seaside sunset.

At Mozaic Beachclub we think we might have what you’re looking for. Located beachfront, Mozaic Beachclub offers different options to enjoy a sundowner. You may either choose to take up an entire gazebo to start off a romantic evening, stretch out on comfortable sunbeds or simply hangout by the bar and checkout how their bartenders prepare world famous cocktails designed by Chef James Ephraim. Even the cocktails are based on the Mozaic philosophy of infusing Balinese and Asian ingredients to give it that added exotic kick!

In July, they welcomed creative new Music Director, Rob Venables hailing from the UK. A seasoned DJ and sound expert, Rob and his team provide the perfect soundtrack for those stunning Balinese sunsets. With signature cocktails and house wines starting at Rp 70k ++ during the happy hours, and the evening Bistro 3 course set menu at only Rp 295++, how can anyone resist kicking back at this laidback yet chic venue? Resident DJs that spin a menu of soul and funk daily from 5pm, guaranteed to spark the appetite for fun, sun and fine food.

Only a few minutes away from the beating heart of Seminyak, Mozaic Beachclub located on Batu Belig beach, is the wild child of celebrity chef, Chris Salans, chef-owner of the famed Mozaic Restaurant Gastronomique in Ubud. He finally offers Bali’s south coast clientele, a taste of Mozaic in a chic and relaxed beachfront venue.

Mozaic Beachclub operates with co-owner UK-born Chef James Ephraim heading an all-star team of international chefs. The Mozaic philosophy hasn’t changed yet Mozaic Beachclub provides its guests with an array of flavoursome and affordable dining options by the sea. Experience a relaxed and informal style of dining beachfront or pool side lounging on its daybeds, gazebos and beanbags throughout the whole day.

Graze on their all day tapas menu and rejoice in the fresh yet hearty Bistro Menus – daily lunch 3 course set menus start at only Rp 150k++ and the 3 course dinner menu at only Rp 295k ++. Great quality doesn’t have to be expensive! In the evenings, the newly refurbished dining room offers another option for diners looking for innovative yet accessible food in the polished dining room overlooking the Indian Ocean. Talented Chef James has once again tested his own creativity by designing a fresh evening menu at Mozaic Beachclub with a selection of western and locally inspired dishes and tasting menus.

The main menu is divided into “Locally Inspired” and “Western Flavours”. Chef James has also added a section “From The Grill” for those craving comfort food like New Zealand Beef Tenderloin with Mozaic’s signature green pepper corn sauce and Entrecote of Australian Beef Rib ‘Cote de Boef’ big enough for two to share.
