The team at Frestro create most everything in their open kitchen, from delicious home-made pasta and naturally leavened bread and pizza bases, to sauces and slow cooked dishes or fresh and beautiful breakfast and lunch selections are created in-house, Frestro aims a cut above. 


Dreamed up by star barman Ayip Dzuhri, the Frestro bar features both classic and contemporary cocktails, barrel aged artisan spirits through to unique Indonesian cocktails, which pay homage to the heady spices of the archipelago. The wine cellar features a selection of the very best old and new world varieties – many of which are available by glass as well as bottle.
