Health freaks are going nuts over the vegan, gluten and dairy-free menu at Shady Shack. If you like your food in all colours of the rainbow then this is the place for you. The leafy terrace and crisp interior plays off jungle décor with white canopy-covered tables located in their garden. The best thing they serve is an all-day breakfast, so you can enjoy smoothie bowls for dinner without getting a sideways look, and still have room for their amazing cakes.

Soul in a Bowl is a place for everyone, anytime of the day. They are welcoming, colourful, organic, eclectic and evolving. The restaurant is a modern, two level eatry, with an urban feel, mingled with classic Indonesian elements. They have an extensive menu with lots of healthy dishes, including some meaty favourites. Our personal favourite is the vegan lasagne. They also have Soul at The Beach, also in Sanur that serves fresh and healthy food everyone will love.

Bali Buda recognised early on that home-made, healthy and delicious is a recipe for success. In their cafes and stores, now in five locations across the island, everything is homemade every day. Their menu consists of a big assortment of healthy and delicious foods. As much as possible, their produce, grains and protein are as chemical-free or organic as possible. Bali Buda continuously supports 2 great major projects which are: Rumah Sehat Mandi (A natural birthing clinic) and Recycling Eco Bali. Moreover, 90% of their wastes is either composed or recycled. So while you have delicious food you are doing something good for the environment too. The stores are a great source of local and imported ingredients and health food, eat in, or get it delivered.
