The menu features some highlights including; prosperous organic hen with dragon soup; and whole steamed barramundi for mains with starters including flash fried pork belly in honey garlic sauce, scallop rice rolls and a smoked salmon and pomelo salad that has come over all Chinese. Cocktail of the day is a dragon lychee sling and dessert is playing my song with caramelized chocolate and red fruit tart.
