The two custom built Lavastone pizza ovens are the beating heart of Da Maria’s kitchen, which is led by Pizzaiolo Marcos Bonotto. Bonotto trained by third-generation Neapolitan pizzaiolos, carries a deep respect for tradition while embracing new techniques honed through years of experience. His pizzas are the real deal—light, crispy, and made to be shared.
On Thursday, April 3rd, Da Maria brings Bali its first ever Giro Pizza experience. The menu is priced at 220K per person, with Da Maria’s signature assagini and more available on the à la carte menu. Casual, interactive, and made for the table—For one night only,
