Flavors of Saigon at Dome: A Culinary Reunion in Bali
March 9 @ 4:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Renowned chefs Bao La and Pam Yung, alongside Julien Pham of Phamily First, present a unique culinary experience celebrating food, culture, and the East and Southeast Asian diaspora.
More than just a meal, this event is a tribute to identity, heritage, and the stories carried through flavors. Set in Dome’s open-air space, the BBQ gathering will reimagine beloved Vietnamese dishes through the lens of Balinese ingredients, creating a fusion that is both nostalgic and innovative.
Curated by Phamily First, the event brings together a selection of exceptional natural wines from winemaker friends, enhancing the experience with carefully chosen bottles and an inviting atmosphere. Guests can expect a menu that seamlessly blends influences from Paris, New York, Hong Kong, Australia, Vietnam, and beyond—rooted in East and Southeast Asian traditions yet shaped by the chefs’ global journeys. Every dish reflects a deep respect for seasonality, local produce, and the farmers behind the ingredients.
Rather than adhering to rigid notions of authenticity, the evening embraces culinary storytelling as an expression of identity. As children of immigrants who have traveled and worked across diverse gastronomic landscapes, Bao, Julien, and Pam bring a perspective that is soulful, ingredient-driven, and effortlessly boundary-blurring.
Attendees are invited to enjoy an afternoon of exceptional food, thoughtfully paired wines, and vibrant company—all in the spirit of connection and shared experiences.
Walk-ins are welcome, but reservations are recommended.
See you there.
