MOSTO X WHYTE’S Whyte’s London is coming in hot for a one-night-only collaboration at Mosto.

Known for their no-fuss approach to bold, produce-driven cooking, Whyte’s has made waves in East London, turning out plates that are equal parts refined and rebellious. Now, they’re bringing that same energy to Bali, teaming up with the team behind Mosto, known for funky dishes, natural wine and pushing boundaries. Whyte Rushen, a London-born chef previously of Brat, Skully St James, and Kerridge’s, became the king of the 2021 pop-up scene, carving out a culinary path via Instagram and spearheading an underground movement.

Drawing on influences from his Michelin-starred background and nostalgic inspirations from his childhood, his cooking oozes creativity and flair. From taking over iconic spots like Soho’s Quo Vadis to slinging his infamous smash burgers out of his Stoke Newington flat, there aren’t many London chefs who capture the city’s diversity quite like Rushen. With their world tour officially underway, and Asia holding the limelight, this exclusive one night only event needs to be on your agenda.

Expect a culinary collision from Mosto’s De Petris and Whyte’s Rushen, dialed in with each of their signature edge and paired with natural wines and strong pours behind the bar. No pretension, just damn good food, good drinks, and good times.
