SALTLICK and SANGSAKA present Prime Cuts, Bold Flavours, a collaboration that brings together two culinary masters for an exclusive six-course beef experience. On Wednesday, 26th March 2025, Jeremy Hunt of SALTLICK and Kieran Morland of SANGSAKA will combine their expertise, blending woodfire mastery with the depth of Indonesian flavors.

Chef Kieran Morland, known for his refined take on traditional recipes, will infuse bold spices, fire, and finesse into each dish. At SANGSAKA, one of Bali’s most celebrated dining destinations, his creations pay homage to Indonesia’s rich culinary heritage while introducing unexpected yet harmonious twists.

This curated experience showcases prime cuts prepared over fire, complemented by layers of spice and depth. For those seeking the perfect pairing, a selection of wines from Vinonova Wines will be available to enhance the flavors of the evening.
