Opened May 2024, GHOST Kitchen & Record Bar is a modern neighbourhood bistro serving up honest, rustic dishes with an elegant twist. The menu highlights local produce, with dishes kissed by the rich, smoky flavour of a wood-fired grill. Just steps from Berawa Beach, where surfers carve Bali’s South Coast waves, GHOST is a vibrant hub of passion and creativity – a place where locals and visitors alike come together.

Founded by Tim Stapleforth, Jodi Langford, and Henry Gordon, GHOST is more than just a restaurant. It blends a produce-driven kitchen, two stellar bars, and a custom vinyl-focused DJ booth, creating what many call the “trinity” of dining experiences in Berawa.
