A stunning menu of small bites based on the legendary Escoffier’s classic French dishes, creative cocktails and views over the Kempinski resort, make this one of Nusa Dua’s most interesting and delicious rooftop experiences. The Apurva Kempinski’s Resident artist, Cyrill Kongo, defines this industrial-style space with his colourful art, a piano is where beautiful music meets art, while a compact bar makes up smoky cocktails and infusions that weave beautifully with high-end cigars and hand-made chocolates. Le Cocotte is a small menu of stunning dishes based on recipes made famous by the father of French food, L’Escoffier. Ranging from duck a l’orange to slow braises like lamb navarin, to a series of delicious canapes and small desserts served in classic copper pots, and a range of cocktails and smoky whiskies, Habaneros Bar at L’Atelier by Cyril, is the full package, and something very unusual for Nusa Dua – a bar you would actually travel to.
