Helmed by Manchester-born Chef Mike McGairy, formerly of the ultra-luxurious Lizard Island in Australia, Teja brings refined techniques and bold flavors to every plate. The menu highlights dry-aged fish and meat, complemented by creative, unexpected touches—like beef fat-flamed oysters or sashimi scallops with caramelised cauliflower and peanuts.
Standouts include the dry-aged pink snapper, grilled skin-side and dressed with kombi chili butter and tangerine, and a curated selection of dry-aged steaks, each uniquely presented. For dessert, the dark chocolate tart with torched Italian meringue is a must.
